Today I had quite the interesting experience at my local gym.
I had completed my morning P90x which was the utmost of utter killer bliss to my upper body, and decided to relax by doing some HIIT and cardio on the Precor Ellipticals that were there.
A neat thing I noticed! If I kept my pelvis back while pedaling forward (but not leaning forward), I was able to engage the muscles in the backs of my thighs to the point that after only 20 seconds, they were begging for mercy. I used this technique several times to help boost my heart rate up – it worked out very well!
So the next time you’re at the gym, consider trying this method out – you might be quite surprised at how your muscles respond.
