P90x Fitness Review - Kenpo, Week 8, Day 3 - Total Days - 52

Morning!

Rest week is continuing well! Kenpo was very enjoyable, and I was also able to hit the gym as well for cardio (no weight lifting this time). Yoga is tomorrow - yum!
