I could cook eggs on my shoulders right now, they’re so hot. WOW!
By far, this has been the most grueling of all the strength P90x Fitness DVDs out there! WOW!
I went to failure several times - with the pushups, with the shoulder extensions, with the pushups, did I mention the pushups? with the pushups…..WOW!
Truly this was a great way to start the day, except for the fact my deltoids are kinda sorta whimpering at me at this moment . My favorite parts of this workout were (you guessed it) the pushups, the side pushups and the weights exercises. And Ab Ripper X, of course, was the usual typical joy.
Still rhapsodizing (and that’s Day 29!),
