Once you have downloaded the product file
to your computer's desktop, open it via
Winzip or Winrar or a similar application
(need a free unzip tool?  Check out
http://www.download.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10704232.html )
After extracting the files, you'll see a
directory named

FFMGold

Use your browser to open that directory
and double-click on "readme.html" .  Make certain
you've signed up for the customer care followup -
I have several unannounced bonuses I want to
send to you.

The GOLD Safe and Smart Internet Weight Loss Edge package consists of:

* your ebook, located in the Book directory,

* 900+ categorized weight loss/diet resources, located
  in the Favorites directory

* Special Fitness Bonuses

The book itself is found in the Book directory
and is named "SmartSafe.pdf".  To read
it, simply browse to the Book directory and
double-click on the filename.

If it does not open automatically in Adobe Acrobat
Reader -- then open Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking
"Start" >> "Programs" >> "Adobe Acrobat" >> "Acrobat Reader"

Once you open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program,
click "File" >> "Open" >> and then (if you
have saved the file to your desktop) go to
your desktop and open the file located in
FFMGold\Book\SmartSafe.pdf .

This should open the ebook file in your
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
