P90x is this rather utterly awesome 90 day home workout program! It’s not for folks with lots to lose - on the contrary, it’s for people who are already in decent shape but want to get even better.

I had watched the P90x infomercials all during 2007…and right before surgery, made a promise to myself that I would treat myself to it if I could find it at a discount. And I did! eBay had a super deal and I began my P90x journey on New Year’s Eve, 12/31/07. You can see my first day result over here.
